CBSE informed that all the official and accurate information regarding the issuance of duplicate documents, corrections of certificates or other records, and any other student or examination-related services is available only on the official website – cbse.gov.in.
Given that, it advised all students, parents, and stakeholders to rely “exclusively” on official notifications issued by the board through its website, regional offices, or verified communication channels.
Stating its position in case of accountability, CBSE further said, “The Board shall not be held responsible for any issues arising from information circulated through unofficial or third-party sources.”
