CBSE Date Sheet 2025 (Out) Live: Class 10, 12 board exam time table at cbse.gov.in; syllabus, sample papers

NEW DELHI: The Central Board of Secondary Education has announced the CBSE date sheet 2025 on the official website, cbse.gov.in. The CBSE Class 10, and 12 board exams will begin on February 15, 2025. This year, around 44 lakh students will appear for CBSE board exams 2025.

Recently, the board clarified that it has neither reduced the CBSE syllabus 2024-25 nor increased the weightage of the internal assessment system for the upcoming board exams. The statement came after some media reports suggested changes in the board exam pattern.

Earlier, the board announced CBSE practical exam dates 2025. Class 10, 12 CBSE practical exams 2025 will be held from January 1. The winter-bound schools are already conducting practicals which will continue till December 5.

According to the subject-wise marks distribution, each subject in Class 10, 12 has been allotted a total of 100 marks which is distributed amongst theory, practical exam, project work, and internal assessment.

Moreover, 75% attendance is mandatory for students to be eligible to appear for CBSE 10th, 12th board exams 2025. For the first time, CBSE has introduced CCTV policy in the board exams 2025 for Class 10, 12 and made it mandatory for schools designated as exam centres.
