CBSE allows CTET 2026 OMR, calculation sheet requests via post, in person by May 1
Applicants must pay Rs 500 fee and submit requests via post or in person to access response sheets and marks
The Central Board of Secondary Education(CBSE) has announced that candidates who appeared for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) February 2026 exam can now request a copy of their optical mark recognition (OMR) sheet along with the calculation sheet. Candidates who wish to access their OMR responses and calculated marks must apply by May 1.
CBSE has set a fee of Rs 500 for this service, which must be paid through a bank draft in favour of the Secretary, CBSE, payable at Delhi. CBSE said that the facility has been introduced following candidate requests and will be available on payment of a prescribed fee.
The board has clarified that even candidates who had previously applied under the Right to Information (RTI) act or through other means will need to submit a fresh request along with the required fee within the deadline.

CTET 2026: Applications via post or in person
Candidates applying for OMR and calculation sheets must include correct details such as roll number , name, and address, and should be sent either via speed post or submitted in person to the CTET unit in , CBSE integrated office complex, sector-23, phase-1, Dwarka, New Delhi-110077. Requests must be submitted only by post or by hand at the CTET office
The board has also stated that the OMR sheet and calculation sheet will be sent only to the candidate and not to any institution, school, or third party for display or commercial use. Incomplete or third-party applications will be rejected without further consideration.
CBSE further emphasised that no requests received after the deadline will be entertained under any circumstances, and the decision of the competent authority will be final and binding on all candidates.
