Download EBookAmid the ongoing turmoil in parts of the Middle East, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has postponed the Class 10 and 12 board examination, scheduled for March 5 and 6 for the academic year 2026-27 in various middle eastern nations.

The board has decided to postpone the Class 10, and 12 examinations 2026, scheduled to be held in Bahrain, Iran, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
“The Board will review the situation on Thursday, 05 March 2026 and take appropriate decisions with regard to examinations scheduled from 07 March onwards,” according to an official statement.
'CBSE Class 10, 12 exam postponed again'
This is the second time that CBSE has had to postpone the board exams 2026 due to the ongoing conflict involving Iran, the USA and Israel, which has created a global disturbance across the West Asian nations.

Earlier, the board has also suspended Class 10 and 12 board exams 2026 for March 2 for Middle East countries.
Hence, due to the escalating tensions between Iran and Israel, and unrest in the Middle East, CBSE has postponed the Class 10, 12 board exams, scheduled for March 2, 5, and 6 in several Middle Eastern countries.
The board said that the new dates will be announced later.
