CAT 2024 Result: Updates on CAT scorecard; cut-off for IIMs, seat matrix

NEW DELHI: The Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIM Calcutta) will announce the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2024 result soon for around 2.93 lakh candidates. CAT result 2024 link will be made available on the official website, iimcat.ac.in. IIM CAT 2024 exam was conducted on November 24 in 389 exam centres across the country.

Of total, 2.93 lakh candidates appeared for the exam; recording an overall attendance of 89%. Candidates will be able to download the CAT score card 2024 using their registration number, password, and candidate login credentials.

The CAT 2024 provisional answer key was issued on December 3. The CAT 2024 answer key objection window was open till December 5. The CAT 2024 final answer key will be issued along with results. The CAT 2024 result will be prepared based on normalisation method.

CAT Result 2024: How to check

Candidates will be able to view and download the CAT scorecard 2024 by following the steps given below.

• Visit the CAT official website, iimcat.ac.in.
• Click on the CAT score card 2024 download link.
• Key in CAT application number, password, and security pin
• Enter the login credentials entered.
• CAT score card 2024 will be displayed on the screen.
• Download and save it for future reference.

IIM CAT question paper had three sections - verbal ability and reading comprehension (VARC), quantitative ability (QA), and data interpretation and logical reasoning (DILR). The CAT VARC section had 24 questions and the remaining two sections had 22 questions each.
