JoSAA Counselling 2025 LIVE: BTech admission round 1 registration over; MHT CET, TS EAMCET, other updates

The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) has concluded the registrations to pay the requisite fee and online reporting for BTech counselling round 1 for the academic year 2025-26. Candidates can make the requisite fee payment to complete the admission process through the official website at josaa.nic.in.

The allocation authority announced the round 1 seat allotment on June 14 and candidates, who qualified the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main for National Institute of Technology (NITs), Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIITs) and Government Funded Technical Institutes (GFTIs).

Moreover, JEE Advanced qualified candidates for admission into IITs must also participate in the JoSAA counselling for BTech admission.

Notably, the resolutions of fee payment for candidates whose confirmations were pending will be done by June 19, 2025 and they have to respond to the query before June 20.

The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell will announce the counselling dates for admission to various engineering and medical courses soon. Candidates will be able to register for the MHT CET 2025 counselling for admission to various engineering and medical courses through the official website at cetcell.mahacet.org.

The MHT CET 2025 counselling will include two rounds, including one mop up round if in case there is any vacant seat left after the completion of the counselling.

The Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) will close the window for registrations and document upload today. Candidates seeking admission to medical, engineering and dental programmes at various institutes or colleges in Karnataka can complete their COMEDK counselling registration through the official website at comedk.org.

The Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture, and Medical Common Entrance Test (TS EAMCET) 2025 has not announced any counselling schedule to complete its admission process. It is expected that the TS EAMCET 2025 counselling session will begin in July and end in August.

• Go to the official website at josaa.nic.in.
• Click on the login icon on the homepage.
• On a new window, type login details and press submit.
• Check the allotted seat and make payment for round 1 counselling.
• Download the confirmation document for further use.
