Over 15 lakh students write Bihar Board Class 10 exam 2025 on day 2; second language test tomorrow
The BSEB commenced the Class 10 board exams on February 17 with mother language paper where a total of 7,67,746 male and 8,18,122 female students wrote the exam.

Over 15 lakh students appeared for the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) Class 10 board exam for Mathematics subject on day 2. The exam was conducted in dual shifts where morning shift was held from 9:30 am to 12:45 noon and afternoon shift was from 2:00 pm to 5:15 pm.

on February 17 with mother language paper where a total of 7,67,746 male and 8,18,122 female students wrote the exam. The mother language paper included Hindi, Urdu, Bangla, and Maithili.
Recently, the Bihar board declared
guidelines
on dress code, exam timings, and ban for trespassing for the BSEB matric exams. The Class 10 exams will be concluded on February 25.
Students were given 15 minutes as “cool-off time” after entering the exam hall. For the upcoming BSEB board exams, the students are advised to reach the exam centre at least 30 minutes before the start time.
The BSEB will conduct the Class 10 board exam for second Indian language tomorrow, February 19 in dual shifts.

Students should check the guidelines for the Bihar Class 10 board exam from below.
- Stationery items such as printed or written textual material, bits of paper, and calculators are prohibited. However, students with learning disabilities, such as Dyscalculia, are permitted to use calculators.
- Communication devices, including mobile phones, Bluetooth devices, earphones, microphones, pagers, health bands, smartwatches, cameras, etc., are not allowed.
- Personal items like wallets, goggles, handbags, pouches, etc., are prohibited.
- Eatable items, whether opened or packed, are not allowed except for diabetic students.
- Items that could be used for unfair means are prohibited.
