Download NowNEW DELHI: The Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani has provided the eligibility criteria for the aspirants who are applying for BITSAT 2022 in online mode on the official website - bitsadmission.com. Candidates who have passed Class 12 or equivalent from a recognised board are eligible to apply for BITSAT exam 2022 . BITSAT eligibility criteria include nationality, age limit, academic qualification, admission weightage, and others. Aspirants meeting the eligibility criteria can fill the BITSAT application form 2022 till June 10.
According to the BITSAT eligibility criteria, candidates who have passed Class 12 in 2021 or appearing in 2022 can apply for the BITSAT 2022 exam. The institute also offers the facility of direct admission to the board toppers.
BITSAT 2022: Eligibility criteria details
To appear for BITSAT 2022, aspirants need to meet certain parameters set by the institute. Check the detailed eligibility criteria for BITSAT 2022 below.
Nationality:
- The candidate must be an Indian citizen.
Educational Qualification:

An aspirant should have obtained a minimum of aggregate 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics subjects in Class 12th examination with adequate proficiency in the English language.

Students must have scored at least 60% marks in each of the Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/ Biology subjects.
Direct Admission to Board Toppers
BITS offers the facility of direct admission to the board toppers which is the guaranteed assurance of admission to all the students who obtained first ranks in their respective board examinations. First rank students of State and Central boards in India for the year 2022 will be given direct admission to the program of their choice, irrespective of their BITSAT-2022 score as per the eligibility criteria.
Note: Candidates already studying at any of the BITS campuses or passed Class 12th in 2020 or before are not eligible to appear for BITSAT 2022.
