Following this, the Bihar NEET UG opening and closing ranks along with institution-wise seat allotment list were published on the official website, bceceboard.bihar.gov.in. As per the revised schedule, candidates can download their Bihar NEET UG allotment order from August 24 to August 28.
Students allotted seats in Bihar medical colleges are also required to report to their respective college to verify their documents and confirm their admission. The Bihar NEET UG document verification for round 1 was scheduled to commence today, however, it has been delayed.
Bihar MBBS admission 2025 delayed again
“Due to unavoidable reasons, document verification for the first round of UGMAC-2025 is delayed. Concerned institutions and candidates are requested to keep in touch with the board’s website for further notice,” the Bihar NEET UG 2025 official website read.
The second round engineering seat allotment has also been delayed, it added.
Bihar NEET UG counselling is held to fill a total of 2,897 MBBS and BDS seats in Bihar government and private medical and dental colleges. Like the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), Bihar also conducts four rounds of counselling for 85% state quota seats.
As per the Bihar NEET UG cut-offs and round 1 allotments, Government Medical College Bettiah and Patna Medical College emerged as the most sought-after colleges for MBBS in the state. Since the admission process has been delayed, candidates are advised to wait for an official update from the board before proceeding to document verification.
