Bihar Board Class 12 Result 2025 Live: BSEB intermediate result at 1:15 pm; toppers list, updates

NEW DELHI: The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) will declare the Bihar 12th result 2025 today, March 25 at 1:15 pm. The Bihar board Class 12 result 2025 download link will be available at interresult2025.com, interbiharboard.com. Students will have to enter their roll code and roll number to check and download the Bihar board inter result 2025.

Bihar education minister Sunil Kumar will declare the result in the presence of the additional chief secretary of the education department, S Siddharth. "Shri Anand Kishore, Chairman, Bihar School Examination Board informed that the result of Intermediate Annual Examination, 2025 will be released by Shri Sunil Kumar, Honorable Minister, Education Department, Bihar on 25.03.2025 at 01:15 pm," the BSEB posted on official X account.

Along with the result, the board will also publish the Bihar board 12th topper list and will provide BSEB topper awards to students. More than 12 lakh students appeared for the Bihar Board Class 12 exams 2025, including around 6,41,847 girls and 6,50,466 boys.

The Bihar Board Class 12 scorecard will include details such as the student’s name, father’s name, school name, roll code, roll number, and registration number. It will also mention the stream (Science, Commerce, Arts), subject-wise full and passing marks, theory and practical obtained marks, total marks, aggregate marks, and the result status or division.

BSEB 12th Result 2025: Prize money

BSEB chairman Anand Kishore earlier announced a rise in prize money and scholarships for top-performing students in the Bihar board Class 10, 12 board exam. As per the official press release, the Bihar government will double the prize money for students securing top ranks in Class 10 and 12 board exams.

• First Rank: The top-ranked student in BSEB Class 10, 12 exams 2025 will receive Rs 2 lakh, increased from Rs 1 lakh.
• Second Rank: The second-place student will be awarded Rs 1.5 lakh, up from Rs 75,000.
• Third Rank: The third-ranked student will get Rs 1 lakh, instead of Rs 50,000.
• Fourth to Tenth Rank: Class 10: Students securing the fourth to tenth positions will receive Rs 20,000, up from Rs 10,000. Class 12: Students securing the fourth and fifth positions will get Rs 30,000, increased from Rs 15,000.

• BSEB 12th result 2025 will appear on the screen.

The BSEB Class 12 exams 2025 was conducted from February 1 to 15 in two shifts. The morning shift was held from 9:30 am to 12:45 pm and the evening shift from 2 pm to 5:15 pm.

Last year, the BSEB Class 12 result was announced on March 23 at 1:30 pm. A total of 12,91,684 students appeared for the Bihar Board Inter exams, achieving an overall pass percentage of 87.21%. The pass percentage for the science stream was 87.80%, while commerce recorded 94.88% and arts stood at 86.15%.
