Bihar Board Class 10 Science Exam 2026: Five expelled, 1 impersonator caught in Kaimur on day 5

Bihar Board Matric 10th Exam 2026: Five students were expelled in Saran, Begusarai, and Nalanda. 15 lakh have registered for the exam.
The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) conducted the Class 10 science paper on February 21 in 1,699 exam centres in the state. A total of five students were expelled for using unfair means during the BSEB Class 10 board exam 2026 and one impersonator was caught in Kaimur district.
The Bihar Class 10 Matric exam was held in two shifts – first from 9.30 am to 12.15 pm and second from 2 pm to 4.45 pm.
According to the BSEB, the exam was conducted peacefully and did not record any malpractice in both shifts in Patna district. Among the five students expelled, two were from Saran and Begusarai each, and one from Nalanda.
The Bihar Board conducted the Music exam for visually impaired students appearing in the matric exam in place of science during the first shift today.
A total of 15,12,687 students have registered for the Bihar Class 10 board exam, of which, 7,85,726 are girls, and 7,26,961 are boys. In the Bihar Class 10 maths exam 2026 , six students were expelled and three impersonators were caught.
The number of cheating cases has been significantly higher for Bihar Class 12 board exams 2026 . On day 1, 26 students were expelled and one impersonator was caught. During science, languages, and commerce papers, 71 were expelled and 14 impersonators were caught on February 13.

On the fifth day of the BSEB Matric 10th board exam 2026, five students were expelled and one impersonator posing as a student was caught in Kaimur.

As per the BSEB time table 2026, the board will conduct the English paper for Class 10 students on February 23 in two shifts.
