BHU to conduct open book exam for BSc honours semester 1 exam

BHU University: Banaras Hindu University will conduct open book exam for Institute of Science BSc honours first-semester exam.
NEW DELHI: The Banaras Hindu University (BHU) will conduct an open book exam for the first-semester exam for the BSc honours programme 2022 of the Institute of Science, BHU. The exams are scheduled to begin on April 18, 2022.
The BSc honours first-semester exam will be held from 11 am to 3:30 pm. The exams are to be conducted in BHU main campus as well as Mahila Maha Vidyalaya. The BHU open book exam will conclude by April 29.

Recently, in the month of February, BHU provided faculties with the choice to conduct the semester-end examinations either in online mode as open book examination or offline mode. The decision has been taken in the backdrop of difficulties faced by students in learning during the COVID-19 pandemic period.
