Ashoka University records 100% placement in 2022-23; highest salary at Rs 35 lakh

Ashoka University Placements 2023: 76 new recruiters participated in the placement drive for the academic batch 2022-23.
NEW DELHI: Ashoka University recorded 100% on-campus placements for the academic year 2022-2023 with the highest salary offer of Rs 35 lakh per annum; a 17% rise from the previous year. The average salary offered stood at Rs 11.40 lakh per annum.
A total of 355 students from undergraduate (UG), postgraduate (PG), and Ashoka Scholars Programme (ASP) and Young India Fellowship (YIF) were offered jobs. 17.7% students were placed in the consulting sector, while 15.7% got job offers from EdTech/Education.
15.4% got offers from banking, financial services and insurance sector, 14% in development sector, and 8.8% in media, advertising and publishing sector.
The university also witnessed participation of 76 new organizations. The total number of recruiters that took part in the Ashoka University campus placements are 271. Top recruiters include Google, The Tata Group, Hindustan Unilever Limited, McKinsey & Company, Deloitte USI, Ernst & Young, Microsoft, Conde Nast, Gen Pact, among others.
