Allahabad University LLB admission 2025 registration through CUET in April, says official

University of Allahabad: CUET UG 2025 exams are scheduled to be held from May 8 to June 1 in a computer-based test mode.
NEW DELHI: University of Allahabad will begin the registration process for its Bachelor of Law (LLB) programme admission in April, Adesh Kumar, dean, faculty of law, at Allahabad University, has confirmed. “LLB admission starts in April,” he informed. The university offers undergraduate admissions through the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) but conducts its own entrance examination for postgraduate admissions.
CUET UG 2025 exams are scheduled to be held from May 8 to June 1 in a computer-based test mode. As per the universities official website, for undergraduate admissions, Hindi or English and the general aptitude test are compulsory for all candidates. From this academic session, in addition to these subjects, only one domain subject will be considered for merit preparation in respective programmes.
“Hindi or English and General Aptitude Test are compulsory for all candidates across all UG courses in the University of Allahabad. Subject selection specific to a particular UG course can be checked on the CUET website (https://cuet.nta.nic.in),” the official notice published earlier said.

To be eligible for admission into law programmes at the University of Allahabad, candidates must have passed the Class 12 schooling recognized by the Academic Council of the University or an equivalent qualification recognised by the Bar Council of India.
Candidates should also have secured a minimum of 45% marks in the qualifying examination for the general category, 42% for Other Backward Classes (OBC), and 40% for Scheduled Castes (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST) categories.
