74 nursing students of Teerthanker Mahaveer University get job offers from Max Hospital

TMU’s College of Nursing students hail from Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Bihar.
NEW DELHI: Seventy-four students of Teerthanker Mahaveer University’s (TMU) College of Nursing have got job offers from Max Healthcare Hospitals during the on campus placement drive. The university said 25 students have been placed as general nursing and midwifery (GNM) students and 49 as auxiliary nurse midwife (ANM) students.
The selected students were from Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Bihar. This diverse group of students underwent a comprehensive evaluation of their intelligence and skills during the placement drive at the Collge of Nursing in Moradabad.
The selection process involved key figures from Max Healthcare, including senior manager of nursing Ajitabh Alvin Thomas, manager (human resource) Pankaj Goyal, and assistant manager HR Sujit Sinha.
TMU Chancellor Suresh Jain has extended their heartfelt wishes to the selected students. He expressed confidence that the achievements of these students would bring glory to both the university and the nation. This recognition underlines TMU's Nursing College as one of the best in North India.

Principal of the Nursing College Poonam Sharma emphasised the significance of the collaboration between the institute and Max Healthcare Hospitals. She anticipates that this partnership will usher in new dimensions in the field of nursing education, creating a positive impact on both institutions.
TMU corporate resource centre officer Siddharth said, “The achievement of referring such a large number of students to Max Healthcare Hospitals in the NCR. The university believes in the excellence of its students and expects them to make significant contributions to healthcare services.”
