13,411 candidates register for MH CET 5-year LLB counselling 2022; Merit list on October 10

Download EBookNEW DELHI: A total of 13,416 candidates have registered for MH CET 5-year LLB counselling which started on September 26, in online mode. The State CET Cell, Maharashtra is currently conducting the MH CET law counselling also known as the Centralized Admission Process (CAP) for admission to 5-year LLB and 3-year LLB programmes.
The registrations for MH CET law 5-year LLB admission have been closed on October 06. Whereas, the 3-year LLB registration ends on October 10, 2022.
MH CET law counselling is a common admission process for 147 law colleges in Maharashtra. All colleges participating in the admission process will accept MH CET law 2022 scores .
MH CET 5-year LLB counselling status
There are 132 law colleges and universities that are participating in the counselling for 5-year LLB. These law colleges will offer a combined intake of 11,754, including 1,035 management and 834 EWS seats.
In the first round of counselling, 13,411 candidates registered for the counselling. Out of this, 10,449 applications have been verified.

Alphabetical merit list - Round 1
The CET Cell will publish the alphabetical merit list for 5-year LLB admission on October 10, on the counselling portal - llb5cap22.mahacet.org. Candidates will be able to check their provisional rank in the merit list and in case of any discrepancies, they will be allowed to submit grievances and edit the application form. The final merit list will be published on October 13.

Seat allocation
The counselling authorities will announce the seat allocation on October 15, on the counselling portal. Candidates who receive the first preference will have to report to the allotted college and complete the admission process. All other candidates will have the option to accept the allocation or participate in the next round of counselling which starts on October 20.
MH CET 3-year LLB counselling 2022
Candidates who have a non-zero CET score can register for the MH CET 3-year LLB counselling . A total of 147 law colleges in Maharashtra are accepting MH CET law scores for admission to the 3-year LLB programme. These colleges will offer around 16,000 seats. As of now, over 33,000 candidates have registered for the counselling. The alphabetical merit list for 3-year LLB will be released on October 15, on the counselling portal.
